In conjunction with one-on-one training, our programs include diet and nutritional assistance, sport-specific designed exercises, beginner to advanced adaptive programs, and a mobilized service that comes to you at your convenience.

With over 12 years of experience in personal training and organized sports, 6 years as an A.C.E. (American Council on Exercise) certified trainer, 10 years of professional fitness training, and an additional 8 years of post-collegiate competition based sports background, AFT can successfully build a truly personalized routine that delivers what each client requires.
